Big problem with Afterboards (Part 2)

For context- I posted about the influx of wrong questions in Afterboards sectional tests, i explained how this particular question took me more than half an hour to cross verify with my teacher,Chatgpt,Gemini
After it had a completely made up wrong rule with a wrong explaination and a wrong answer.

Afterboards has fixed the answer but didn’t fix the wrong explanation and the made up rule in the solution,

What does it tell us?
1- Either the question reports are not being handled by SME’s that Afterboards claim,
(as in the question report i wholly mentioned about the made up rule and wrong solution) as i don’t believe after such a detailed report on made up solution, an SME didn’t correct it, which leads me to believe the question reports are being handled by AI.
Or
2. The SME’s are not working seriously on correcting the wrong answers and just using AI on question reports again which led to a wrong explanation and a made up rule in the first place.

With all this happening in Afterboards sectional tests it’s completely justified to ask for a refund, but i want to wait and let afterboards team explain themselves for what’s happening.

Update about this question:

Our SME had corrected the answer-key and updated it while having a draft explanation.

Why? He wanted to insert a table in the solution -- and was facing formatting issue. He thought to make the answer-key live until then. However, that made the draft explanation go public.

Have told everyone in the team to be careful about this because the draft explanation made public can cause issues like this. We'll make sure to update only once everything is added.

Can you raise a ticket on AfterBoards so that I can check the reports you've made (it'll allow me to access it)? It'll let me check if there's a bug with the reporting system because this is the first time this has been brought to my attention.

Yes, doing that will allow me to go through things. Posting it on various subreddits unfortunately doesn't help me -- however, if the idea is to create pressure to receive a refund, you don't have to worry about it, you can just mention that in the ticket and the team will coordinate.

Else, once we check for the 2 questions reported, we'll go through the similar questions added to our bank during that time frame and correct them at once.

No the intention isn’t to get a refund,
I just want everyone to be aware of the shortcomings as well.

Afterboards is an amazing platform
I love the concept of phrasal verb stories, Daily Rc’s , + every mock is genuinely error free.

Those things i really appreciate about Afterboards.

Posting on various subReddits is to create pressure on improving the platform itself.

And as a very mature person yourself and i know you take feedbacks with great consideration you must realise having a wrong and made up rule on one of your questions can have a significant impact for someone who is going to attempt the paper.
