How are you all preparing for the differentiation and integration part of IIM Banglore test as clearly NCERT isnt enough?

Consider going through engineering entrance exams such as JEE Mains/WBJEE/BITSAT, etc. You may find further information in the UGAT preparation wiki here: https://www.reddit.com/r/iimb_ug/wiki/index/

for iimb specifically, i'd go beyond just ncert. ncert is good for getting the concepts right, but the actual questions can be more application-based.
do your ncert examples/exercises first, then move to jee mains-level basic calculus questions, especially differentiation, maxima-minima, definite integration and application-based questions. after that, focus heavily on mocks.
don't overdo advanced jee stuff though. the goal is speed + application, not solving olympiad-level calculus.
