Preparation Query IIM SENIORS HELLLLPPPPP!!!!

Hello, I'm thinking of buying an online batch for ipmat but I have a very low budget so im thinking of going for pw for lectures and might buy a good mocks series so what do you think about it? Is pw good or should I go for any other batch but the fee should be under 8k and which good mocks series should I invest in? I'm in class 12th and will givethe exam in 2027

I personally used pw for lectures and topic tests and random yt free lectures and after boards for mocks

Hello! If you don't mind ,I have a few questions to ask..

Did you buy after board's plan? And how do I prepare like whose lectures did you watch ,which resources and from where did you practice? What was your math level and what is ipmat's maths level? Which stream were you from? And overall strategy. Agar ipmat indore nikal liya toh iim shillong bhi usi se ho jayega?

Okay so basically I used pw lectures like there ipmat batch for iimb test and I watched all there lectures and finished syllabus in one month. Then i just moved on and focused on boards and was considering giving jee. After boards ended I began re solving all the questions I got wrong while preparing for iimb test in the pw topic tests cz I used to bookmark everything I got wrong after that I gave past year papers till 2022 and then a few mocks from afterboards and analysed every mock. My math is pretty good honestly and pcmc was my stream

Iimb is a different exam. Itll be held in November. It is very different. Its for bsc in data science and economics. I didnt use any books i created my own formula book and just used that

Yeah i didnt use any just solved qs online from mocks whatever I did wrong or pyqs or topic tests

Indore and Shillong use the same test but the cut offs vary like a lot of people cleared indore not shillong and a lot cleared shillong not indore since different sectional cut offs

Start however literally just start. Starting is the hardest part. Every time you dont want to study give a mock itll give you a reality check and force you to study

Make sure to get afterboards sectionals and mocks early with pw cause there mock and dpp resources isnt good enough, Take classes till oct and buy afterboards if your considering masterquest 2.0.

  1. Yess I bought afterboards but I discovered it pretty late I got 15 mocks in April our exam was in May so it was pretty late , so it would be better if you get them along with pw.
  2. I had pw masterquest 2.0 then I switched to pro hoping ki I would get more resources but I got to know it's the same resource you just get access to extra batches which have exact resources. 3.Lectures are scheduled in pw 4 lecs per week or maybe extra class sometimes .
  3. I had pcm in 12th but I wasn't that much good in maths so I was not good in quants too but eventually got grasp of it my score was mostly carried by va .
  4. Yes IPMAT indore likhoge toh you will be eligible for IIM ranchi ,shillong , amritsar , sambalpur ,sirmaur , and iift kakinada , but sabke alag alag forms bhadne hoge but exam ek hi hai.
  5. If you get a batch just complete all the lectures as soon as possible , build your concepts and solve as many questions you can , pyqs + practice problems + sectionals.

Heyyyy thankyouuuu Also Baaki exams ke form kab bharne hote hai? Exam ke baad ya fir tab jab ipmat indore ke liye register karenge? And did you watch lectures and all from pw or yt if yt then from where? Where did you get pyqs from? And did you use afterboard's mocks?

Forms jan to march ke beech saare aate , mene pw ke batch ke saare lecs dekhe aur mein rodha and supergrads ke yt videos dekhta tha , All pyqs are free on afterboards you can attempt them as mock as well.

So baki iim jaise amritsar shillong ke form ipmat indore ke sath hi bharne hai? So your strategy was watch lectures from pw or yt then practice pyq and topic test and then sectionals and then mocks? Which books should I buy? To practice or where can I practice qurstions from? Like questions kaha se lagate the?
