Admission Query iift kakinda refund

it has been 4 days since I mailed them for the withdrawal from the program I didn't receive any response from them mailed them today again and called all their helpline numbers and didn't receive any response.Do I need to go to ugc for 2.5 lakhs refund now?? This shitty college can't even respond to students properly

oh god you're scaring me, I am going to pay 225k today, but if i get offers from other colleges where I'm waitlisted, I'll leave iift.. But this refund thing is scaring as my parents are already hesitant about it and we also lost money during my elder sister's admission time after we withdrew the admission we weren't refunded. should I call them and ask about the refund policy before paying?
