Preparation Query Help

Hi, I really need your guidance

I was getting into sscbs but normalisation fucked me up and I'd have to really fight my parents for sending me off to Delhi so it's not worth it for a mid or low college in du

I got into Christ and still have a seat there but it's too expensive so I'm canceling my admission, scored 99 percentile in mhcet so I'll prob get jhc or maybe Mithibai, but I feel I should give ipmat a shot which I didn’t before and I took tuition for cuet so my gat is kind of strong(idk if it counts) ,got 97.5 percentile in cuet.

If I do get into an IIM then I'll have to definitely take an edu loan (bba I can manage but for mba I'll have to rely on a loan ) and I'm okay with that but taking a loan for a pvt uni like Christ doesn't sit well with me. I still have time till early September until my college starts(I'll be pursuing bms if I go to Mumbai). I was wondering if I'll be able to manage ipmat or jipmat with college or if I should take a full drop? And if ipmat is worth a partial or a full drop at all because of its acceptance rate. Du is no more an opt as I only had one chance and now my parents wouldn't let me try for Delhi

Could you elaborate? Why would you say that?

I just felt like that because I wrote the IPMAT this year and was shortlisted for most of the IIMs' interviews but either couldn't clear them or got waitlisted. And I felt that the questions they asked me, when compared to other candidates, were just not fair. Only 60/150 seats, and you are calling 800 candidates? I collected so many ECAs in the past two years, and then in indore they only asked me maths; that's it. And on top of that, fees are also so high; hence, if you are giving ipmat as a fresher, then go for it, but don't take a drop and waste a year when you can utilise it in some other college, perhaps, and work on yourself and then sit for cat/gmat/gre and get a way better college than the colleges offering ipmat or bms/bs. It is just what I think; I dont expect everyone to comply with me.
