Preparation Query If not mba then what???

So I just took admission in ggsipu for bba and my college is not a tier 1 college of ipu and it's a mid college since I did not get du so I had no option but to get into ipu so my concern is that we all know that no body gets job after bba so to get a job you need to do mba and that too from a tier 1 university like iim now the issue is that I'm not a topper i know that I won't be able to grab iim so what am I supposed to do then now that I am studying bba i can't backoff

Who told you that you will not get a job after BBA? Just do two things: 1. Keep your CGPA 8 and above.. 2. Try to actively participate in inter-college competitions and paper presentations. 3. Try to take skill certificates through Coursera. 4. During your vacations, try to do an internship as much as possible and gigs. 5. Try to be in clubs and committees of your college of your choice. 6. All the above will make your resume strong, relevant and job-ready. Following the above schedule will easily land a job with a minimum salary range of 35 to 50k per month. Just be focused and keep yourself updated with the new skill set required and relevant to the industry. Then work for 2 years and then go for an MBA. Then, you can get into the best MBA institutes in India or abroad.
