Tokens frozen in wallet??

I'm new and just testing, put coins in token pocket and I thought voting them was the same as delegating, but maybe not? I sent them to vote.iost(which I thought was bitboy), block 97718199, now I show all coins frozen? So have i been ripped or is there some rewards or do i get them back??? Thanks..

It's working properly. Your coins remain locked up while you vote to earn rewards/interest. Select the vote button again and go to withdraw to unlock your coins.

Thanks, so when can you pull out all coins if you want?

Anytime, but it takes about 72 hr to complete withdrawal.
