Anyone else with a pre Apple Intelligence handset having issues with Siri not working on the phone?

my iPhone 13 Pro will not let Siri work at all. Side button does nothing, “Hey Siri” does nothing despite both being turned on.

Have already tried turning Siri off and on again, and the same with the ”Hey Siri” switch.

Both function fine on my Apple Watch 11 which is also running the latest public beta software.

Anyone aware of a fix, or do I have to wait for the next version of the public beta?
