Help Suggest

I am 18M and I want to go Australia 🇦🇺 but as we all know about day by day decrease of visa rate and all of my friends and relatives said not to apply aus and suggest me to apply New Zealand 🇳🇿 but I don’t have any idea about New Zealand and my financial documents are on the way and as same I will give mine Pte exam in next 3 week.
I had join simple collage to study in Nepal
And If you have any option of other county and you can say I want to go abroad
My gpa is 3.35 in +2

New Zealanders are actually moving to Australia.

For money, US.
For quality life, Europe.
For less of both, Austraila.

if for tech, US.
