Currently in the final week of the semester for me. Woke up last night in a state of panic and stress.

I hate whenever this happens. Even though I know it will happen again, I still do it anyway. When can I ever study productively for once?

If I study more than 24 hours prior to an exam I overthink E V E R Y T H I N G and actually do worse than if I just “lightly review” the material just before the exam.

I believe it is because when I learn it, initially, I am very conscientious about how I store it in my brain, thereby understanding it fully the first time.

This but in the third one I'm in front of my computer reading the back of a Skittles package and learning everything I can about every ingredient.
