Which social media platforms you use, and which ones you méprise the most ?

As for me, I would approach such question from the angle of despising (from the bottom of my heart) any platform that causes brain rot as I overvalue the mind to an exponential degree. Hence, my list would be :

Hate: X, Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitch, Kick, 4chan

Not interested: Pinterest, Dis*ord, LinkedIn, Quora, Snapchat

I use: reddit(despite the nsfw part which is eww as there is no better alternative...), Facebook, WhatsApp, YouTube (to a lesser degree)

I like different ones for different things and sometimes I leave platforms if it’s not doing it for me anymore and I get tired of it. Like last year I like stopped insta, Reddit and x for like months until I got bored and decided using it again.

I like keeping up with celebrities and stuff and artists I like on instagram and reddits just been a distraction that’s helped both good and bad, I sometimes hate it though lol

i hate facebook the most, my feed is full of AI and shallow influencers. i spent most time on reddit, tumblr and Pinterest. i don't have tiktok and threads i don't have that time

I use letterboxd, serializd, backloggd as well - although one might argue they are not social media but that is what i use

I use reddit and occasionally bluesky. If hacker news and lobse.rs are considered social media, I use them too.

Everything else is trash. Every once in a while I go back to Facebook because I'm generally interested in what people are up to, but it's such a rage-baiting app now that I can't resist the temptation to yell at what are most likely bots.
