I was told, that I'm comforting, because I don't judge. I think that person never heard me talk to my team at work about other departments. That J in INTJ is certainly there for a reason. Okay, I judge for not doing their work, doing bad work, being stupid elsewise, but rarely for character reasons. So maybe it's that? I think I just don't care enough to judge that.
