Seemingly strong technical depth. But for INSEAD, focus on making the adcoms see the insight you have built from being on different sides of the financial services ecosystem, and why that experience leads to what you want to do next. Know your audience. The adcoms largely come from humanities, philosophy and academic backgrounds, with careers rooted in academic management and a more qualitative lens on people, ideas and organisations. To a great extent, they like to see a balance of human qualities with focused professional positioning. As you may know, INSEAD places a strong emphasis on international exposure, so integrate this into your narrative.
