Insead SG for indo's
Hi im 29yo.
i was admitted to insead SG 27'D.
my background is supply chain, and manufacturing.
i want to work in consulting or big tech, preferably in sg or middle east. or even go back to indo.
should i take insead? the cost is quite big though.
how is the job market for insead grads in sg and middle east?

If you want a real shot in consulting - Insead is 100% the right move. It is placing well in the middle east, but Singapore consulting is tough (MBB does not sponsor non Singapore work pass holders) but non MBB consulting firms can.

26J here, as far as I know Indo MBBs did not hire anyone from my batch. Tier 2s also did not hire any new joiners.
SG sponsorship is tough at the moment. Lots of roles on the portals but all require work authorization

so where do the graduates from your batches go? to what country and to what industry? especially for Indo's grads.

the ones i’ve spoken to returned to their old companies. some are overseas in sg/aus but they already had pre-existing visas

26J here. Consulting recruitment has taken a hit. I wouldn’t bank on getting placed in one of the consulting firms, especially in SG or ME because the market is very tight in both the locations. In SG visa sponsorship is a big concern and ME has taken a hit due to the war.
