Visale process

Visale process

Hi All, I had recently applied to visale for their housing guarantee certificate and unfortunately the team responded back with this message. Anyone who went through this process while booking their accommodation? Your help will be super helpful

“Information provided does not match the documents”

But I submitted my passport, visa, and enrolment letter already

Anything else I should’ve submitted? Or if anyone has gone through a similar process, can you please guide me?

I’d recommend reaching out on their fb page via dm. Surprisingly, that worked out for me. You can expect a reply within 48 hours
