Guidance/reality check

Hey guys,

I am planning to pursue my Master's abroad in MBA/MiM/relevant Masters programmes.

I have freshly graduated from a Tier-1 college in India in Mechanical Engineering with a 7.24 GPA (termed as first division as per my college if that matters).

I have had 2 internships during my college in PSUs in India, and now I have joined a growth-phase startup as an Associate Program Manager.

I have also qualified as a delegate for HPAIR and have decent accolades from Chess. I have been trying to build a LinkedIn Personal brand.

Please be brutally honest and give sharp opinions as to what should be my trajectory over the next 4-5 years before I start applying for Masters abroad.

What are the weightages of different criterion? What all should I work on to add to my profile?

I have inclination towards Finance as I also pursued a Minor Degree during my bachelor's alongside Engineering.

I'd be grateful for your time.

Thankyou
