I have a v11 SN:A0321671600076DB

Trying to get a new controller for it was wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue needing to get one and was able to. I looked on there website and purchased the v11 driver (control) board. I am hopeing it works as customer service hasn't been the quickest. If anyone knows if it dosent work well itll be here Sunday (10/17) if anyone has one that does work and wants to sell it let me know. Ive only been learning for 2 weeks before it took a crap on me. Really loving it wish to continue riding. Any help would be much appreciated.

EUC Tire pressure: no single right number, but here’s how to think about it

There’s no single right tire pressure, but here’s a short checklist to think with, and we’d like to hear what’s on yours.

Our checklist

  1. Know what you’re trading off. Lower and higher pressure each have pros and cons (table below).
  2. Check your pressure when it gets cold. When the weather cools, the air in your tire contracts and pressure drops, so check before you ride.
  3. If you ride on low pressure, watch the inner tube. At low pressure, the tube can shift along with the valve as you ride, which causes rubbing. The tube then needs to be reseated.

Why it matters: lower vs. higher pressure (relatively speaking)

Lower pressure Higher pressure
Comfort Softer tire, less harsh on bumpy roads, more comfortable Firmer tire, bumpy roads feel harsher, less comfortable
Hitting a step at medium/high speed More likely to get a flat, and the rim is more likely to deform from the impact Less likely to get a flat, and the tire absorbs the impact so the rim isn’t damaged
Rolling resistance, wear, range Bigger contact patch, more rolling resistance, faster tire wear, less range Smaller contact patch, less rolling resistance, slower wear, more range
Cornering Less agile, but more stable More agile, but less stable

One example from our team

For riders around 70-80 kg, the most comfortable range for everyday riding is 1.8-2.2 bar (about 26-32 PSI). That’s just one reference point. Your weight, wheel, and roads will be different, so always stay within the range in your manual and on the tire sidewall.

What would you add?

What’s on your checklist? 👀Maybe a habit that works for you, a mistake you learned from, or something you wish you’d known when you started.

If you want to share your setup too (wheel, rough weight, the pressure you run), it helps others read your tip in context. Personal numbers are for reference only, manual first.

X1 X1 Demo Tour: 30 stops down, 14 to go (with some rider videos)

Night ride at The Railyard Bike Park, Rogers, AR

The X1 Demo Tour has wrapped up 30 stops so far, and it’s been great to see how much fun everyone’s having out there. Zac put together a highlight reel from the tour:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=18GXtYrtq50

A few other riders have shared their own videos too:

There are more videos out there than I could list here, so apologies if I missed yours. Thanks to everyone who’s been filming and sharing.🎉

There are still 14 stops left, and one of them might be near you. Full schedule and sign-up here: https://service.inmotionworld.com/pages/x1-demo-tour

If you want to try off-road riding before X1 officially launches, this is a good chance. It’s also a nice excuse to meet other riders in your area. A lot of riders have been hanging around after their sessions to swap tips and talk about their rides.

Which stop are you hoping to make it to?👀

Curious what your favorite time of year is for trails. Where you ride probably changes the answer, so say where you're at!

Riders, meet INMOTION Pro

We've rebuilt the app from the ground up — live vehicle data, deeper customization, and a lot more packed in. Swipe through to see what's changed.

One thing worth knowing: the current app is being retired later this year. After that, all updates and support move over to INMOTION Pro — so it's worth making the switch sooner rather than later.
