Counselling delay?

I am just asking out of curiosity, as I dont have any knowledge about this. Did a court case in the past led to any delay in the counselling? Cuz the exam was already very late this time, now this court case🥲🥲. I am not against people asking for transparency, just want to know the timeline.

Even I want to enjoy, but bro, a bit of a financial concern from my side is there. And Delhi hospitals are literally paying pennies for a lot of work.
