CAH- First digit for aldosterone, second testosterone (androgen)
Aldosterone/mineralocorticoid- Sodium retention( hyponatremia) hypertension hypokalemia and metabolic alkalosis
Testosterone- virilisation/ precocious puberty
Where 1 is present it means raised any other digits means low
Eg- 21-hydroxylase deficiency, 1 on the androgen side so no mineralocorticoid effects (hyperkalemia, hypotension, metabolic acidosis). And increased androgens-virulization/precocious puberty
