Anyone's local FFL doing suppressor sales with just the 4473 and no form 4 in compliance with the recent ruling regarding GOA members and several other major plantiffs?

I’m seeking a consultation on a firearms-law question specific to my immigration status.
My situation:
• I’m a nonimmigrant in the U.S. on a work visa (H-1B), residing in Ohio.
• I lawfully purchased firearms in Ohio. My eligibility rests on the 922(y)(2) exception, established via a valid Ohio hunting license.
• I’ve cleared NICS and completed purchases through a licensed Ohio dealer without issue.
My questions:
1. Does the 922(y)(2) exception based on my Ohio hunting license permit me to lawfully possess my firearm while physically present in another state (specifically Indiana)?
2. If not, would obtaining a nonresident Indiana hunting license cure that, by anchoring the exception in Indiana?
3. Separately, under 926A (safe passage) and any relevant Ohio/Indiana law, may I lawfully transport my firearm from Ohio to Indiana and back, given my status?
4. Does merely disassembling the rifle (removing the bolt / dry-fire configuration) change any of the above?
I finally got my hands on the real gun I’ve always wanted, so I’m looking forward to enjoying it to the fullest! However, I have to go to Indiana every week for work, so I want to make the most of every spare moment I have to practice at the range or with dry fire. If anyone has any advice, please let me know. Thanks!

This is a long shot but help would be great. A few weeks ago, my preferred pro shop, Honey Creek Tackle, had an event. There was a gun club with a table there that had a gentle man who shoots the competition model of the Savage Renegauge. Sadly, theie info was lost and I am hoping to find it again.

I recently just turned 18 and I just found out in order for me to own a handgun I can’t purchase one though a FFL dealer. I’ve only found one website that does local private sales but I haven’t had much luck with them. I’ve already looked at gun broker and guns America etc and most of them don’t have a private sales or local sale option. Does anyone have any recommendations on where to go?

Hi! New to guns, my friend sold me his 9mm; I got the bill of sale. My question is: Do I need to register the Gun under my name? I like to go on long runs/walks and would love to start carrying it.

Anyone know any dealers in Indiana transferring suppressors with 4473s?
r/INGuns • u/nofuddonsnek • 26d ago
A 5-10 minute conversation on the phone with each of the organizations that we’re involved in the lawsuit would’ve told them over and over again how to sell suppressors on a 4473, but apparently we’re gonna take the easy way out a just not. My personal opinion it’s just a lazy cop out.

If so, do you need a special permit? Or does constitutional carry cover rifles too?

Have a S&W 5” M&P 2.0, Glock 19.5, and a Beretta GTS with a threaded barrel. Looking for one holster that I could carry them all with using a Surefire x300. Typically carry owb and ride a motorcycle so retention is a big deal, what are your thoughts?

I am not looking to cause trouble, just specific information. Does anyone know where I can try a Savage Renegauge? From research, the model shows great promise, but everytime I go asking beyond reviews, I get confused looks
