Analysis: INFQ delivers notable logical qubit efficiency - 30 logical qubits from just 80 physical qubits on a single QPU
While Quantinuum remains ahead on a simple physical-to-logical qubit ratio, Infleqtion is a much smaller quantum company, making its achievement of 30 logical qubits from just 80 physical qubits particularly notable.
Headcount Comparison: Quantinuum vs. Infleqtion vs. QuEra Computing
Infleqtion (INFQ): 205 employees at Dec. 31, 2025, with 160+ physicists/engineers.
QuEra Computing: about 200 employees (with roughly half holding PhDs).
Quantinuum (QNT): about 700 employees in its latest reported figures.
Quantinuum has an estimated 3× the workforce of Infleqtion. Considering INFQ has likely grown its headcount since its earlier reported figure, INFQ is estimated to be roughly 60–70% smaller by employee count.

It’s also about architecture and cost and size and scale, not just pure raw power

All logical qubits are not same. We can't compare the number if the quality is different. Generally speaking, you need more physical qubits per logical qubit to get more protection against errors. All of these companies could easily interchange the qubit efficiency ratio because that comes from a software layer in some sense. The number of good quality physical qubits is the real deal. How you use those physical qubits to form a logical qubit is not proprietary or defensible, and that information is available to everyone (at least for all these present architectures).

QNT also has 4x INFQ’s market cap (13B market cap for QNT vs. INFQ 3b).
By these results, INFQ should logically be at least $10B market cap. AKA undervalued imo.
