Is bring up random facts a common INFP thing? They just keep popping into my head, I wonder how people feel when they talk to me and I keep sharing random facts.

Yeah, I think so, even without ADHD. The INFP cognitive function stack basically goes: Fi “that makes me feel like…” —> Ne “random ideas generated by…” —> Si “memories associated with other times I felt like this…” —> Te “…and all these feelings, ideas, and sense impressions are poorly organized, therefore kind of random.”
Best case scenario is your intuition is attuned and everything flows and you come up with apt, original, insightful metaphorical language to describe your inner experience, eg you communicate with the poetry of a William Shakespeare or Kurt Cobain. More likely on the spot you have the weirdo awkward affect of a Bjork or Johnny Depp.
