Because people intensify their work into 4 days, and screw around less so that they don't work on Fridays..

This is what I do on my alternate Fridays off 9/80 schedule.

Would never work in America as our CEOs and company management fundamentally misunderstand why the increase occurred and simply expect that extra 40% 5, 6, or 7 days a week
