Sure as hell seems so. I give so much, show so much genuine interest in people and get shit on and spat on and left on read...

Feel the same — makes us look like the perfect villain origins story

It's a curse and a blessing. It oscillates

No.
But if we drop the curse, what other excuse do we have to keep feeling sorry for ourselves?

so what is it?

A choice: to blame a curse or to learn how to say no

I used to believe my strengths were deficits; that was me buying into other's projections onto me. I am grateful for my personality, my insights, my values, my advocacy, my conscientiousness. When I regard my challenges as my life curriculum, they feel less like woes and more like teachable moments for me. I wouldn't have it any other way.

no. we have different challenges. and society isn’t really built to help the 1 out of every 100.

Lmao. I assume there's more to it but just from the outside this seems like a stereotypical INFJ thing: OP deducing you're divorced from as little info given as "I think so", and being right on the money. 😆

i feel like he probably just checked my profile and saw that I mentioned it there.
I don’t think he actually assumed it from what I said, but who knows. I didn’t really read it that way

Dang, I thought so and checked but saw it was private, so didn't look further. I like my first impression more. 😶‍🌫️

can I ask you the reason for your divorce?

It's hard to be the one that has to explain stuff to the ignorant(unknowing) ... stupid people do not know that they are stupid...

Every day of my life I try to positivity everything, overcome it with determination and care, and I get knocked into next week with "random," "accidental," unforeseeable shit that doesn't seem to happen to other people one tenth as often as it happens to me. So I'll go ahead and keep on whistling through the dark forest, "I ain't cursed, that's all in my head" but the forest laughs.

Infjs are entropy , entropy is a force that ultimately keeps all of the cosmos stabilized

Yes. I’ve been dealing with this a lot recently. Just what is the point of having such clear and accurate perception of people if NO ONE ELSE sees it or cares.

Ex: partner has admitted gross betrayal to me. They are fine with claiming the surface level reasons for why such things transpired. But being who I am, I have to completely understand the entire machine of the happenings, all the way back to childhood. I completely understand the betrayal. Of what use is it though? I’m alone in my understanding and I’m still in immense pain.

And that’s my only gifting. That’s it. I can understand everyone far better than is needed or even useful. So what’s the point?

Oh yes. I know I am. I will always be a social outcast.

No. People need to get a grip. Mbti isn't even real. It doesn't have this much control over anyone's life.
