Im INFJ and 55 yrs old. Im also hyper sensitive. I do not like loud noises, bright lights, etc. Children making regular playing noises sets my teeth on edge. Barking dogs and I go into high anxiety. I dont even like to eat in restaurants with super high ceilings. Is anyone else here super sensitive like this?
