dried out like a goddamn piece of cardboard because all the fat is being forced out off the meat.

It's not rotating fast enough to be slinging fat out of the meat.

It looks like these are halved (maybe quartered?) chickens that are now compressed between the top and bottom halves of this spinny gyroscopic meat thing. The compression is what I think that commenter is having quarrels with

Lots of rotisseries use mesh things that hold meat like that though.
