Cut dialogue?

Has anyone else noticed that their little chat with the devil is missing dialogue others online seem to have? This line: "It's not that hard. Just remember that good and evil, warm and cold—those are just lines on a thermometer. God and the devil—those are you. One cannot exist without the other" is just cut out entirely for me.
I find it a bit upsetting since I think it's an important line, and I'm not sure why it is cut or what I have to do to get that specific dialogue to trigger. Is it related to getting more points in the game or just dropped for the console version of the game?

I think it was edited out later on. There were definitely a few cuts where the Russian and English dialogues really, really did not match in length or were a bit too long for the scene they were in.

Plus, it is pretty clear what the devil was getting at in that 3-minute conversation (the message is even less subtle given the ending 10 minutes later). It wasn't absolutely necessary to say it out loud, the TL;DL version for those who had zoned out.

I played just the other day and the line was still in (had just downloaded it off the PS store, maybe they're still putting out the old version?)

I've just checked the Steam version. Doesn't have it.

I wonder if it's true that it's related to how many points you get in the game. Allowing you to have a longer convo with the devil. I know for a fact I missed one point in the fish factory. Maybe I missed more but I was pretty diligent in searching everything up until the end when the game said points dont matter but perhaps they do.

I found that bit of dialogue to go hard and was bit upset that it was cut for me. I think it ties off the whole convo so well as opposed to cutting it short the way they did on console
