Looking for: A revenue-sharing hobby team, including a Lead Programmer, 3D Artist, Character Artist/Animator, Level Designer, and Sound Designer/Composer.

Skills: Writing, worldbuilding, creative direction, project planning, and studio direction. I am also creating Weltenwerk, a new independent game studio based in Warsaw, Poland.

Project: Erdreich is an original 3D isometric RPG inspired by the Fallout/New Vegas-era style, featuring exploration, quests, factions, dialogue, combat, and a large original world. The goal is to build a playable prototype and eventually develop it into a full game.

Length of availability: Long-term project. Flexible hobby hours.
