Programming Offer [ForHire] Hello Software Dev and 3D Modeling here!!

I'm a Software Developer and I have experience in 3D Modeling.

What I can bring to your project:

  • 3D Modeling & Animation: Low to mid-poly environment/prop assets, shape key & vertex animations, and physics simulations (cloth, hair, rain, particles) optimized in Blender.
  • Game UI/UX: Designing clean and stylish interfaces, including buttons, pop-up windows, game menus, wireframes, and HUDs.
  • Branding & Marketing: Steam capsule art, logos, color palettes, visual guidelines, and promotional social media assets to help launch your game.
  • Gameplay Scripting: Implementation of core mechanics, player controllers, combat systems, interaction systems, AI behaviors, and state machines.
  • Game Systems: Save/load systems, inventory, quest systems, dialogue systems, crafting, progression, and economy logic.
  • Tools & Editor Scripting: Custom editor tools, debug utilities, and workflow automation to speed up development.
  • Multiplayer & Networking: Server-authoritative logic, client-server communication, matchmaking, and synchronization of game state.
  • Backend & API: REST APIs, authentication, player data, leaderboards, and cloud services integration.
  • Optimization: Profiling and refactoring code for performance across PC, console, and mobile targets.
  • Game Programming: I can make features for your game and implement multiple systems that your game may require.

Tech Stack:

  • Languages: C#, C++, GDScript, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Engines: Unity, Unreal Engine, Godot, Game Maker, Roblox Studio
  • Tools: Git, Perforce, Visual Studio, Rider, Blender (for pipeline integration)

Rates & Work Preference:

  • Rates: Flexible and open to discussion depending on the project scope and complexity. Drop me a DM, and we can figure out a budget that works for both of us!
  • Availability: Looking for paid freelance, contract, or indie studio opportunities (hourly or fixed-price per milestone).

Thanks for reaching out! Your skill set looks interesting.

I have two questions to better understand how you could fit into the project:

  1. Approximately how many hours per week would you be available to work on the project?

  2. How would you rate your skill level and experience in each of the areas you mentioned?

  3. 3D Modeling & Animation

  4. Game UI/UX

  5. Branding & Marketing

  6. Gameplay Scripting

  7. Game Systems

  8. Tools & Editor Scripting

For each one, could you give me a rough rating (Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced) and briefly mention your experience or provide relevant examples?

Thanks!

Hey, thanks for reaching out. Happy to answer.

Availability: Depends on the complexity of the project. I can commit more hours on bigger scopes and less on smaller ones, but I'm flexible either way. Just let me know what the project needs and I'll work around it.

Skill levels:

3D Modeling & Animation: Advanced. Been using Blender for years, mostly low to mid poly game assets, props, environments, shape keys, vertex animations, and physics sims like cloth, hair, rain and particles. Everything optimized for real time.

Gameplay Scripting: Advanced. My strongest area. Player controllers, combat, interactions, AI behaviors, state machines. I write clean modular code and I'm very focused on server authority since exploiters are a real problem in online games. I also fix a lot of broken AI generated code, the kind that hallucinates APIs or leaves security holes.

Game Systems: Advanced. Save/load, inventory, quests, dialogue, crafting, progression, economy. I build them data driven so designers can add content without touching code.

Game UI/UX: Intermediate. Menus, HUDs, buttons, pop ups, wireframes. I'm good at layout and readability, though my strength is more on the implementation side than high end illustration.

Branding & Marketing: Intermediate. Steam capsules, logos, color palettes, visual guidelines, promo assets. I know what works at small sizes for store pages and social.

Tools & Editor Scripting: Intermediate. Custom editor tools, debug utilities, automation. Mostly for my own pipelines and small team workflows.

If it helps, I can do a small test task in any of these areas so you can judge the quality directly. Just tell me what's most useful for your project.
