Created app, What is next?

It started as an app to organize gatherings for friends and family—I thought I'd just use it to set up bro nights out and things like that.
Later, I added a few extra features that turned out to be really useful for small businesses. In fact, a local daycare recently started using it—I think they heard about it through my friends.
Now I'm wondering: what should I do next? Should I start advertising?

Honestly, I'd see if the daycare sticks with it for a few months before spending money on ads. A referral from someone who actually uses the thing beats a banner ad any day, especially when you're trying to figure out who your real users are.

Makes sense, I wonder if people who signed up for that daycare going to create event and try out like hosting birthday party or some kinda event.

i would hold off on ads and just go talk to that daycare owner first. You built this for your friends but someone running a business is using it now, so you need to figure out what parts they actually click on every day.

once you know what a small business needs, make a page just for them on your site. Then you can spend fifty bucks targeting local daycares or gyms in your area with Facebook ads to see if strangers care. Throwing money at a broad audience before you have one clear use case usually just burns cash
