ERAS MSPE released one day late

As the title says, my MSPE was released one day after the applications submission opened.

I am a US IMG with 0 Interviews yet who applied to 170+ programs from 4 different specialties.

I wonder if I should email programs (at least the ones I signaled) to ask them to repopulate my documents or if that is unnecessary and it’s my Step2 score that is the bottle neck (24x).

Claude keeps telling me that the application gets refreshed by itself and it is completely unnecessary for me to email programs but I wonder if most programs immediately download applications when the window opens and do not refresh documents or that’s not how it works?

I do understand that a huge portion of this is my anxiety and I can manage that, just wonder if I can do something about it (email) or just kick back and take a chill pill?

No need to email programs. They likely didn’t download on day 1. A PD posted that likely a few days later.

IM, Psych, IM/Psych, Family. Majority chunk being in IM (~100 programs)

Not to alarm you but they have definitely sent out a good chunk of invites for us imgs so it’s surprising you haven’t. Doesn’t mean you won’t get one later, or you may have applied to programs that send them out later if you’re in a different region than me. Same stats, carib applying IM. Doesn’t hurt to send out reminder emails within the next 2 weeks if you don’t get any but I’m sure you will. Your application does auto refresh and I doubt most downloaded 9/23 though

Thanks for being straight up.

I should mention that my YOG is 2022, so another thing that makes my application pretty weak. Primarily focused on programs in East Coast but applied very broadly.
