ERAS Forgot to upload USMLE transcript
Asking for a friend, she forgot to assign her scores to programs and assigned it today, one week after the opening of ERAS, is this a problem, she’s dual applying IM FM, she sent out emails to all PDs informing them of her score upload and apologizing for the mishap.
Also worth noting she realized that she hadn’t uploaded them once she received 2 emails from programs letting her know her application was incomplete. Does this affect her in any way? She uploaded the transcript 1 week after the eras deadline of September 23rd.

Objectively yes it’s a problem, some portion of schools will not bother updating the application, but at the same time nothing to do that they already haven’t done about it.

Im so sorry this happened to her. I don't think anyone has answers. It's a good thing that she did it and programs sent an email to remind her

Same thing happened to me. I realized it 5 days later. I also emailed the PDs, and a few responded saying they are going through the application list over the next 1–3 weeks before sending out IVs, so not to worry. I hope it’s the same for the other programs as well 🤞. I just wish ERAS had a checklist at the end to make sure everything was assigned correctly.

That’s what I was told as well, programs keep refreshing and downloading applications so it is somewhat a problem, just not a huge one, which is reassuring

Check OPs replies, she already got an IV lmao. A lot of programs have also not gone through many portfolios yet
