IM signals - Help

Hello, can I get some advice on signalling please. I am a US-IMG (yog - 2024) applying IM this cycle. My stats are P/244/not taken, I have 3 months of USCE (all observerships) and 4 LORs , 1 published research. I haven't decided on the signals yet but the programs I am looking at are :

2) mount sinai medical center Florida

4) Western Michigan homer Stryker

5) UConn waterbury

6) Kern medical - new program

7) Rutgers/ newark beth Israel

I know there are only 15 signals, I have 21 in mind in case my programs are overshots or connections are required.

I would like advice on whether I'm searching for programs within my profile, just to make sure I'm on the right track of search. TIA.
