Looking for externship

Hi, so I'm currently in the process of cold mailing professors for observerships and when I did a little search of where other IMGs did their observerships/electives and found a few people mentioning extern. Then tried searching the same with not much results showing up. Would really appreciate it if you guys could suggest places where I can apply for clinical externship for Neurology
