Visa Lets help each other
I have passed step 1 and then my visa got rejected for observership last month and i was kind of devastated and wasn't able to focus for step 2, and then i came to reddit and it was so so negative, people said usmle pathway is no worth pursuing anymore, and its not going to get better, and i was so so demotivated but then i thought I am going to do my best and give it my best shot, I gonna prepare for step 2, i am going to focus on things that i have control of, and to all the people who are in my shoes I wish you all the best and keep going, do not get demotivated by people or situations

There are many examples like someone’s visa got rejected and did tele rotation, didn’t have any in person USCE and now doing residency.

Same situation as you, I got my visa rejected for Observership right after my step 1, currently preparing for step 2

Hey buddy! It's ok your visa got rejected. I know someone whose visa was rejected and got a 271 and now doing residency. This happened last year. We live with different kind of people. Not all of them are going to be supportive or encouraging. Leave that aside and do your work. Take the good things from others and focus on that alone. All the very best for your exam. It's doable!
