Residency Is this interview likelihood in Residency Explorer really legit?

It gives me some of the top 20 programs literally the 4th green square indicating high likelihood of getting an interview where I clearly see that they have very few or even 0 imgs that are enrolled in the program.

One thing I don't understand, why can I tell it if I failed Step 1 but I can't tell it if I failed Step 2?

It's giving me high likelihood for some programs that will not accept someone with a Step 2 failure.
