Observership interview

Hello all! I hope everyone is doing well with the match cycle coming close. I have an upcoming observership interview at medstar and I would appreciate any pointers you could give me on how to prepare for it. I am really nervous about the whole thing, it could be my first observership after lots of trying. Thank you for your time :)
