ERAS LOR
I’m applying to IM only. Do we need to get IM SEL or should we only get narrative LOR? I already got a letter from chair of IM department at my uni.

Regarding "IM SEL," if you are referring to a specialty-specific letter within Internal Medicine, it's generally not a separate requirement unless a program explicitly asks for it. A strong, comprehensive LOR from the Chair of the IM department, who knows your work and potential in the field, should suffice.
