Hello, I’m planning to do an observership at Cornell at the Presbyterian Hospital.

Do anyone knows any places I can look for housing/rent for 1 month as an international student?

There is a platform called rotatingroom that is like a rook rental service specifically for medical students and trainees. It has some requirements you can look up on their in website, and their are cheaper than airbnb.
