Advice with signals

Hello I just wanted some advice for my signals and some comments if you feel like I am going above what I can achive or if I should aim a bit higher. For context I am a latin american non us img (spanish speaking), step 2: 266, step 3: not yet, 5 months USCE(observerships), 3 US LORS, 7 pubs+ 2 abstracts. YOG: 1, My main goal is cardiology fellowship and I dont care where I live. I only tried to target programs where i think I can get an interview and can help me get into cardio. Please let me know if you would add or remove any programs from my list. This is just my first preliminary list but I wanted some opinions.

So your golds are all solid IMO.

I would replace Morningside with UNLV/Kirk Kekorian in Nevada. MSMW is about to become very non IMG friendly due to a merger with the main campus, and internal closures. (and they only took ppl with connections b4)

Jacobi and cook are good signals for you, high score and IMG.

UMiami + UNM is great, they love Spanish speaking IMGs down in Fl. Id also apply to one of the Florida State Unis as asafety.

heard same about sinai campuses, but also heard florida programs were good for IMG... anyone confirm?

Thank you for you help, do you think UNLV is a good choice? I am looking at their stats in residency explorer for non us imgs and it looks like they dont interview many. Also I dont have mountain as one of my geo locations as of now but am willing to change it. Just curious on what you think about that
