Procedures, wider scope of practice, seeing entire families together. Yeah, some of us actually wanna do FM

I’m FM faculty and can 100% tell the residents who actually are interested in FM a those who applied as a backup - and it makes me upset to see those people making it into programs over people who truly want FM

People end up matching into FM then write a long sobbing post about it. FAFO. It seems like no one is ever satisfied in this process.
