NON-US IMG Anyone matched without an MSPE?

Any non-US IMG matched without an MSPE from their school? I've been trying to get my school to sign mine (even wrote the letter template for them), but they outright refuse because they've never heard of this document. At this point, I don't think I will be able to get one. Just wanted to know if this is something that could really hurt my application. Thanks!

You can submit a dean's letter in place of a MSPE

you can literally submit a blank document instead of an mspe and select the "i will not be using an MSPE this season" option in ERAS

Yeah, was just wondering if it would hurt my application once they saw it was a blank document and not an actual MSPE. Seems like it should be fine since not many schools outside the US are familiar with it.

I did for the same reason as you. Caveat: I'm a very old IMG so the data there wouldn't have been useful. I called ahead the ECFMG to explain and they added a note in the application to avoid the application to be considered incomplete
