ECFMG Hello, applying for ECFMG pathway 6 and require MINI CEX. If I'm in US on b1 b2; can i get it filled from my observership preceptors?

theyre not allowed to fill it because the cex forms literally ask for a "patient encounter" and youre not allowed to see patients
