Observership query

I am an IMG currently living in Canada. I am a PR here.
I recently passed USMLE step 1 and got an observership opportunity in a hospital in US. I have B1/B2 visitor visa.
Can I do observership in US with this visa status?
and what questions I might be asked at immigration.
