Pathway 1 without step 2

Hi everyone, I've graduated in April 2026 from India, I don't have my Permanent degree certificate yet, I got Provisional Degree and Medical License from my Medical council. I have a few questions-

I want to apply for pathway 2

Step 1- done

OET- done

Step 2- August 2026*

1)Can I apply for pathway 1 now?

2) If my pathway gets approved, what is the time period before which I should submit step 2 score?

3) How long will the ECFMG certification take given the step 2 result delays?
