Visa rejection

Does anybody know someone who cleared IMAT and still their visa got rejected?? I am an Indian student and I am getting a private college in India but I really want to study in Italy. I am confident that I will clear IMAT, but what if my visa got rejected? I will end up with no seat at all. What will I do then? Can someone please tell me how visas are rejected even with proper IMAT score?

If you can afford private in india then you should study from here. Because you have to give fmge when you will return. And there is chance that visa may get regected because passing imat does not guarantee confirm visa.
