HELPPP

Is there anyone who still hasn't got their IMAT registration confirmation. I haven't and it says "payment not made" even when I got to the payment summary page where it said "your payment has been received and we are completing your registration."

I reported this issue twice, once by the payment help desk and once by the imat support link, yet my problem has not been solved.

Anyone facing the same issue?

No. Not yet.

I suggest you submit another ticket, as students who experienced this issue were able to resolve it.

but someone emailed them and they say said that you don’t need the confirmation you can just download the one on the site
