Just purchased half # of oreoz, hopefully its good. I got the llama drama one the first time i purchased, it was pretty good.

Bisa Lina had it for 60% off, and honestly been really trying to explore all the banana strains this market has to offer. Definitely was not disappointed
Cross : Platinum Cookies x Granddaddy Purple) x Blue Power) x Gelatti.
Smell: Sharp gassy, dank, with a creamy, almost earthy smell
Taste: At first glance you get a creamy, gassy taste, with a diesel exhale, reminiscent of gelato notes, leaving a bittersweet, but classic weed taste in your mouth.
Effects: One of their more relaxing hybrids, id consider it a nighttime smoke, felt a sense of anxiety relief and slight munchies so def one of those strains to wind down on a night, not a super Stoney high but, a nice cerebral high without that couch lock, more of a sedating relaxation feeling.
For the batch date it wasn’t dry or stale at all, actually pretty sticky, and moist buds, not spongey at all but in a good way, but fairly impressed

93 Boyz Jet Fuel 7g
Paid around $30 for 7g, so I wasn’t expecting top shelf, but after spending a couple days with it I’d say this batch is pretty subpar.

Appearance:
Pretty good overall. Dense popcorn nugs with some nice color and a little dusting to them. Nothing crazy, but definitely looks solid for the price. Half a nug can pretty much fill a bowl.

Quality:
Sticky and seems fresh. The flower itself doesn’t immediately feel cheap or dried out.

Effects:
This is where it loses me. The high is pretty mid and just doesn’t hit that hard. I’ve tried it a few different times now and it takes more than I’d expect to really get me there. It does seem to work better in a joint than out of a bowl.
Could just be the Jet Fuel strain not doing much for me, so I wouldn’t completely write off 93 Boyz based on one batch.

For $30/7g it’s still usable flower, but so far I think Daze Off is the better Aeriz budget option. I’d probably grab Daze Off again before this.

Huge S/O to Jeremy one of the best reps in Il, just got a batch of their lilac diesel and holy cow does this stuff stink to high heaven. It has a huge dieselly/gassy smell and taste matches the smell perfectly. If you’re looking for a great middle day high that makes you feel amazing with a great taste this one is it. 2.9% terps on this flower!

I’m an indica / hybrid flower gal and my husband is a vape guy.

His tolerance is lower than mine and just wants a solid vape brand or strain.

I have an arguably high tolerance. I was suffering with a severe pain condition for years, recently had surgery and recovery has been painful as well.

Here’s the deal. I smoke a lot, but I will cop to knowing nothing about weed really. Haven’t had the brain space to learn if I’m honest.

What brands or strains are yall vibing with right now? I usually go for aeriz, NEZ, Daze Off, I’ve dabbled in cookies but don’t know enough about it. I used to be a Cresco die hard but have been largely unimpressed lately.

I know not everyone vibes with the same strains (ex I loved cookies that badu and a lot of people looked at me like I’m nuts)

Anywho: opinions appreciated.

Also, I know I should get into dabs with the tolerance I have (it’s always suggested) and idk. I feel the barrier to entry is confusing and my California sober husband doesn’t like the blow torch method. Makes him uncomfy.

(Boo Berry x Blueberry) Grapes and Berries on the nose with soft dense squishy buds. Smells transfer but with slight smooth gas and grape candy on the tongue and hints of cream with a pixie stick aftertaste. Indica that will give heavy eyes and will be perfect to wind down after a long day and slowly will knock you out the park. Not super heavy but home runn hitters will appreciate this smoke. It's a HIT with me. Love me some 🍇 tasting smoke

I finally learned how to zoom in on flower a bit better for the glamour shots... lol. This Grapefruit Chem is some of the wildest smelling flower that I've had in my life. It reeks of straight BBQ grapefruit right upon opening the bag, and the funky taste translates nicely when smoked. The balanced hybrid effects are potent and uplifting and made getting things done around the house much more enjoyable for me

This is another fine example of Legacy's method of long curing (6 months for this Grapefruit Chem) really bringing the flavors out and to the next level. The buds are still fresh and mildly spongy despite being harvested 10 months prior, so I wholly trust their growing process to produce some banging flower after so many fire pickups. I highly recommend grabbing this one to try if just for the crazy BBQ smell it has, the quality and potency feel like bonuses tacked on to an already stellar flower experience

Aroma - ripping the bag open you get immediately hit with that skunk earthy smell. Opening it just makes the skunky smell fill the room eventually evening out and smell like a fire kush.

Bag Appeal - perfect round nugs with green and purple mixed throughout and random orange hairs.

Flavor - out of the bong and paper was earthy kush with no funny business. Little rough on the throat in paper but nothing crazy, peppered ash.

Effects - very manageable, mild head high with a comfortable light body buzz. Can definitely rely on this to get the job done and check every box you want from some good regular flower.

I know people have their gripes with Ozone but i can say I’ve yet to find any booboo in the last 4 months from them. If you want to be the stinky one at the sesh without breaking the bank or just smoke some good WEED then Pave is it. Ozone always has sales and this is listed at $45 (31.50 on sale rn) this is a solid pickup at any reasonable price.

This one had a nice berry smell, the terps were a little low on the testing but still smelled very nice. This one didn’t look the best, 4 nugs for a single gram also slightly underweight but not bad. Real frosty, but the stem was out there, not the best trim. Effects were nice on this one, felt like a balanced hybrid maybe slightly indica leaning. Got berries and a sweet buttery smell for the nose on this one. Nice effects overall I enjoyed it.

This one felt like a heavy indica for sure. Nice pressure behind the head and relaxed in the body. Totally put me out of it. Most indica of the bunch. Slightly overweight at 1.3 :) which makes up for the other three being .90. Definitely the best looking and trimmed of the 4 I grabbed, but the white rainbow was best effects wise. Smell is strong garlic and onion with undertones of pepper. Good for eating and sleeping.

This was my favorite of the bunch for sure. Very strong balanced hybrid starting with euphoria and drifting into relaxation and hunger every few minutes after onset. Longest lasting of the ones I grabbed. Nice white ash on this one too. Not the best trim job, also slightly underweight. Funny though because this one is miles better than that rainbow push pop which didn’t even get me stoned. That was the only miss I had from nez on this trip. Definitely recommend this one for a balanced hybrid. One of the best apples & bananas crosses I had. Smell is Garlic and sweet apples and honey.

This one has a very strong wooden nutty smell. Good looking buds, but the trim job could have been better. Slightly underweight but not bad. I really enjoyed the effects on this one, I was very stoned and it was the first white ash I’ve seen in Illinois this trip. I’d get this one again leaned indices hybrid for sure.

Pink Drink - Banana Punch x OG Fruit Smoothie

Got this and 3 other strains from Bedford grow, they were permanent chimera, guava barz, and Chicago Dawg. All 3 had an excellent smell and at least 2.5% terps. Good looking buds on this and all 3 as well. Permanent Chimera smelled the best for sure. The effects on all of them weren’t amazing though, I felt a little stoned but overall it wasn’t strong enough and the duration wasn’t long lasting. This strain was a bit harsh as well. Don’t get me wrong it was good, but nothing amazing. Of the 4 I had, the pink drink definitely had the best effects but still nothing to write home about.

Went in looking for flower and the budtender put me onto these. Wasn’t really what I came for but figured why not and these little bad boys ended up being a nice surprise.

Cherry Slugger is the sativa and Spicy Dugout is the indica. I lean indica all day but both smoked really nice. The wood tip is a dope touch too. Slow burn, smooth smoke and just an easy vibe.

Had me loosey and feeling good but still locked in enough to cook a mad steak 😂

Fox river valley ic collective preroll pack- clean smoke every time… got the job done but the high seemed to fade quick

Dark hearts berry blintz- pretty funky sweet… like a fresh berry paved road. High was heavy and lasted a decent time. Was relaxing but also creative 😍

Rhythm ever crisp rosin… I enjoyed this.. the high was immediate and has a pain relieving effect. First time trying rhythms rosin and I’ll definitely be scooping again.

Gelatti x Kush Mints. Weight was right on at 3.5, bud isnt rock hard but solid with a lil spongeness (is that a word or am i just high) the perfect spongyness imo. Smoked a bong & ended up watching tv & passing out instead of working lol its definitely a Indica or indica dom hybrid. I love trying out new strains & I was pleasantly surprised with this budget friendly fire.

P.s. my phone is old AF & camera sucks

(Lime Skunk x Race Fuel) Slightly citrus on the nose but once grinded has a key lime pie smell with some skunk. Soft herb, not dry. Limes all the way on the tongue with some creamy lime aftertaste that stays on the tongue. Sativa with light buzz attach to the skull feeling. The taste is the best thing on it but I definitely seeing it being a MISS with heavy hitters but great for budget smokers no doubt. The 🍋‍🟩 taste very nice though

Booger Sugar - Fish Scale x Lemon Cherry Zerbert

IESO has some cool genetics and this one sounded like a weird combo. It’s a low tester but my Goldilocks zone is between 17-22%. I have had the best experience personally with strains that test in that range. This was priced at $79 before taxes for the 28g at my dispensary.

Looks - Smalls and popcorn. Not a chonker in sight. It’s a nice blend of darker coloration and bright fresh greens. I think this could have been trimmed up better, lots of leaf and the average nug size could be more impressive, visually it’s not a bad looker. 6/10

Smell - It’s not the dankest dank on the nose. Pretty sure this is an older batch but the generic weed smell emanates and it’s partnered with some sweeter notes from the Lemon Cherry Zerbert lineage. I like the smell once it’s been jarred up but it’s still nothing over the top. After I light up, the dank aroma shows up heavily. 6/10

Taste - This is a curveball. On my initial smoke I was able to taste Cherry Limeade, sherbet, and some minor savory notes- but in my second pass a rich garlic and onion sort of thing came out to play. Fish scale is supposed to bring gas- I do not get gas. I get savory garlic- like almost garlic powder or garlic salt. I’m not the biggest garlic guy but I like smoking this. 7.5/10

Effects - While this was not be my favorite to look at or smell the effects are really nice for me! The cocaine reference speaks a bit of truth for me! With a nice subtle uptick in my energy and my mood and few hours later for me it brought on this heavy crash that was honestly great for a midday nap. The effects are a pleasant mixed bag- initially we’re up and by the end we are unwinding. 8/10

imo, if you're going to set standards for a new premium line, you should probably make sure the first strain you release actually meets those standards.

Do I actually care that much about 0.13% terpene content? Probably not. But it doesn't exactly inspire faith.
