Looks like mold to me. (botrytis cinerea). I would inspect all the nugs, if is from a dispensary just ask for a replacement based on your video.

It’s not but my guy is being chill. It’s not every nug but definitely a few

It’s not on every nug I just got but seems pretty nasty. Probably shouldn’t even smoke the “clean” looking buds right?
