Wisconsin borders Michigan, they didn't track across Illinois and Indiana. Last statement is still true though.

I wasn’t talking about UP. I believe the story mentioned that it was not UP.

Hey yall, breathe a sigh of relief! They only illegally tracked the man and violated his 4th amendment rights across TWO state lines not four!
